Depending on which mark on the outer ring of the press you choose, you get a burger patty of approx. 125, 170 or 230 grams. Your hunger decides. Either way, operation is simple. Lightly oil the bottom mold or line it with parchment paper. Then place the ground beef inside and press the top firmly on top. If you like, spice up your patty with "wet seasonings" - fresh chilies, onions, or spicy sauces.
