Sensitive helper. The PRIMUS digital roast thermometer from KÜCHENPROFI determines the core temperature of your piece of meat after its tip has been inserted approximately in the center. The set core temperature appears on the right of the easy-to-read display, and the current oven temperature is also noted on the left. A signal tells you when the core temperature has been reached, so you can play it safe with your Sunday roast or juicy roast beef. Or you can rely on the stopwatch and timer to keep you going until the meat is ready for the table or buffet.
